This is me at my heaviest. This is from a family vacation in 2005.
I dont remember exactly when the first picture was taken, but I think it was early 2007. And the second one was july 2007.
This is after getting really serious about fitness while I was deployed in 2008
But then I had a setback and needed to have an emergency apendectomy in December of 2008. Then two weeks later my car slid on some ice and I totalled my truck. So I had some downtime where I just layed around and ate alot.
Then I started my blog at got back into shape, and unless my appendix comes back needing to be taken out again I’ll be staying in shape. Oh and I got rid of my fur coat
